Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP)
The Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP) was incorporated in 1985 by a group of professionals who saw the need to provide information and resources to communities to reduce the suicide rate and minimize the harmful consequences of suicidal behavior. CASP’s ultimate purpose is to reduce the suicide rate and minimize the harmful consequences of suicidal behavior. CASP works toward the achievement of its purpose by facilitating, advocating, supporting, and advising, rather than by the provision of direct services.

Centre for Suicide Prevention (CSP) - Alberta, Canada
Affiliated with Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), CSP offers training (community workshops and online courses) and has the largest English language library dedicated to the collection and dissemination of suicide prevention, intervention and postvention resources. LivingWorks' programs are delivered throughout Alberta by a network of local trainers who are educated and supported by CSP. The programs are localized for Alberta.
